Socks

It's taken two months, but today I finally grafted the toe on the first of my February Lace socks - FINALLY! They're so comfy though, I can't wait to get the other one done. My Grandma's birthday socks need to come first though, because they have to be done by Thanksgiving - the first one is almost done, just needs toe decreases and grafting; it's a plain vanilla pattern made from Faux-Isle Berrocco Sox in colors that remind me of the Red Hat Ladies, which is perfect for my Grandma.

I haven't been doing as much knitting at soccer games this year, as the games have gotten more exciting and I'm really paying attention to them, lol. Dillon plays on a 10-11-12 year old boys' league, and their season is heading into the playoffs next weekend. Lucas plays on a 6yr old boys league, and has one game left, next Saturday. I do knit at halftimes, but for the most part, it's been a pretty knit-less soccer season over here.

So not much going on here, and I never did get around to taking the new pictures I'd meant to - maybe for WIPs on Weds, we'll see.
