It's the Chinese Waves cloth pattern, in P&C color Desert Bloom. I didn't care much for the color in the ball, and it was actually in my FSOT pile, but my trading partner said she'd like greens, so this worked well. I really like how the colors pooled here, though. It only took half the ball, so I started a DW cloth to finish off the yarn.
Pinwheel Blanket for Lucas - The pic is from 2/15, after just a few yarn balls. It's grown a lot since then, but I haven't taken new pics because it's so scrunched up on the needles (even though it's a 60" cable) you can't really make anything out. I like the pattern itself, but the way the yarn is striped out isn't appealing to me. Oh well, though - Lucas likes it. I've got 2 more balls of yarn to knit, then I get to start the seed st border, and the applied I-cord bind off. It's 450 stitches around right now, so I'm totally not looking forward to that! Dillon has already put in his request for a pinwheel as well, and picked a honey beige, cocoa brown, and leaf green from my stash. I tried to talk him into a dark green as well, but he veto'd me.I'm so loving my Sophie bag that I've now acquired yarn to knit at least three more of them. I have grand plans to mod the pattern to make the straps long enough to sling over my shoulder, add an inside cell phone pocket, and make a flap w/magnetic snap to hold it closed. I also want to knit a much larger Sophie, to use as a knitting or carryall type bag.
Rearranged my stash (again) over the weekend - all cottons are on the shelves, and the wools, sock, and blends are in the dresser. I really like that the cottons are so accessible, and I can see them without digging.

Hi Jessica: Nice blog. I like the dishcloth. I haven't started mine yet but I will soon. Better late than never. I am working on a crocheted baby blanket for a local hospital. So much stitching, so little time!
