Special Delivery!

Well, UPS delivered them to the wrong house, and I had to go looking for it, but both my KP and my E-P orders came yesterday morning. Seriously, Mr Ups DriverMan - read street signs much? Because B-side and W-haven aren't even CLOSE! Granted, both of those roads have the exact same house numbers (brilliant plan on the part of the developers, no?), but come on. Luckily for me at the time, this has happened several times recently, so I knew as soon as I saw online that they'd been delivered which wrong place they'd gone to. Anyway.


KnitPicks!!!!!!!!! 8 balls of Felici sock yarn, 6 balls of Essential sock yarn, 3 packs of Options cables, 3-32" Nickel sock needles, 3-32" Harmony sock needles, a pack of Harmony cable needles,
5 Harmony Options tips, small clear zip-bag, dangly row counter, needle gauge, and 2 hanks of Bare sock yarn to dye. Woohoo! Oh, and I also got a book - Drunk, Divorced and Covered in Cat Hair, which isn't pictured because it's being read atm.




And my Elmore Pisgah order - 40some balls of cotton for dishcloths and kitchen towel-type stuff. Some of these colors are just STUNNING, others I'm going to put on Rav FS/trade because I just don't care for them now that I've seen them IRL. But on the whole, I'm thrilled with my order, and their super fast service. Some of my fave colors are Sour Green Apple, Sea Breeze, Mint & Chocolate, Shades of Rust, and Cityscape. :)

Yesterday I spent a few hours cataloging all of this into my Ravelry stash, taking pics, etc. Holy cow, it was a lot! And, for the first time since I learned to knit over a year ago, I did not knit a single stitch yesterday. I was very proud of myself for not immediately casting on about 50 projects when the new stuff came but as a result, I didn't knit anything. I think I can live with that. :)
