Sewing for Knitting

Yesterday I had a sewing whim, and spent way too long working on this little project bag. It was nice though - the boys were playing out back, and I had the quiet house and the A/c.

Just a little box bag, you can find them all over Etsy from various sellers, but I wanted one a tad bigger than what I already have, for when I'm knitting two socks at once on magic loop or 2 circs. I'm calling it my Boxy Sox Bag, and the smaller one is a triangle bag from the scraps. I also made tri-bags for each of the boys, but they've run off with them, and I don't have decent pictures.

Did I mention already that my first Marigold sock is done? Well it is, and I seem to be avoiding starting the second one. And this little pretty was in the mail for me yesterday, from a trade I did on Ravelry, and I'm itching to start something with it as well. It's STR lightweight in Tanzanite. Wow, that's a bit blurry isn't it.
